Albany, GA - The Purpose of the Flint River Model Railroad Club Is To:
To develop the technical skills to engage in the art and craft of model railroading and to promote fellowship among model railroaders
To educate persons engaged in model railroading in the methods of building and operating model railroad equipment and prototype practices.
To advance the hobby of model railroading whenever and wherever possible by newsletter, meetings and all things necessary for these purposes.
And probably the most important of all is, To have fun running trains.

Georgia - Georgia Garden Railway Society
The Georgia Garden Railway Society, an Associate Club of the Piedmont Division of the National Model Railroad Association, was founded in 1991. We are an informal group with few rules, regulations, and by-laws. Our foremost objective is to have fun with our hobby. Our group is family oriented with men and women equally involved in club activities. We welcome everyone that shares our interest, and our membership includes people from all over Georgia.
Meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at the homes of club members. There is usually a garden layout to see, a group discussion, trains running in the garden, and the joy of visiting with others interested in garden railroading. We also hold meetings at members' homes to help them design and build garden layouts.

Georgia - Middle Georgia Model Railroad Cllub
Warner Robins, GA - The Middle Georgia Model Railroad Club is what's known as a modular style portable model railroad. Individual modules or tables, complete with track and scenery, are assembled to make a large display. The modules have 3 tracks on each of them (the yard area has many more) that have to be lined up as precisely as possible. It takes about 12 or so people around 8 to 10 hours to set it up and get it running smoothly. In these photos you can see the tables being set up and a couple of them that are completed.

Georgia - North Georgia Modurail
Atlanta, GA - North Georgia Modurail (NGM) is the oldest HO scale modular railroading club serving the Atlanta metropolitan area since 1993.
Members display a range of skills and interests within the hobby. Some members recreate the glory days of steam powered railroading, while others model modern railroads with the latest high-powered diesel locomotives pulling long strings of intermodal cars. All members share a love for the hobby and a desire to exchange ideas and tips with others. Some members are excellent at creating scenery, others the building and detailing of buildings, or installing DCC decoders, or painting detailing the cars and locomotives.
