Pennsylvania - STARR Model Railroad Fellowship
Newtown Square, PA - The St. Alban's Railroad Fellowship includes railfans and model railroaders from all walks of life. While our individual interests and skills vary widely, the railroads that helped build our nation bond us together. To satisfy our varied interests, our program includes clinics, presentations, videos, socializing, trips, and model railroading.
Our HO scale model railroad, StARR, consists of a small (12' x 15') permanent section with a larger space (30' x 60') devoted to semi-permanent modular extensions. Modules are built to NMRA and Free-mo standards. The layout is controlled by Digitrax DCC and has over 800 pieces of rolling stock.

Rhode Island - Providence Northern
Providence, RI - The Providence Northern is a nonprofit organization consisting of amateurs and hobbyists. It's mission is to promote the hobby of Model Railroading through education and the establishment and operation of a world-class model railroad in HO (1:87) scale.
Founded in 1994, the Providence Northern began as a hobbyist club in Providence, RI. Over the next twelve years, the club designed and built the largest HO scale model railroad in southern New England on Hathaway Street in Providence. Due to rising costs at that location, the PN moved to Warwick in 2006, where the layout was redesigned for the new space, incorporating lessons learned from the first location.
