Hot!
Welcome to my new Badger Creek lumber Company in 0n30, I have made two other 0n30 layouts since the Cooncreek & Tumbleweed Springs was first thought of. Always in the back of my mind was my old Badger Creek in H0 which was really the start of my logging days. The very first H0 Badger Creek was started late 1998 and was on the web in the year 2000..... Now, its on the web in 0n30 in 2007.

Albula & Landwater Railway
The Albula & Landwater Railway was founded in 1993 as a division of the the Westoenner Kleinbahn, which is my model railroad in european meter gauge = On39 3/8.
The reason for founding the A&L was, that I learned during my vacation, how cheap - for an german model railroader in On39 3/8, Switerzland prototype - american narrow gauge in O-scale is.
For my layout is only less material available, and rolling stock can only be bought as RTR-models in limity quantity. This models are very expensive, and can often only be used for collecting, not for operating an model railroad-layout.

Lex Parkers' Model Railroad Homepage
I model the DENVER & RIO GRANDE WESTERN RAILROAD in On3 (1/48th scale) on October 17, 1937 at 4:00 p.m. with a focus on the yards at Chama, New Mexico! I selected the D&RGW to model since I enjoyed the variety of topography it provided and the narrow gauge because it could be modelled in On3 in the space I had. I decided to model the 1937 era that had not yet introduced the Flying Herald and was a period still suffering from the depression years. This justified the weathering of my models. I chose October 17, because the fall in Colorado is spectacular with Aspens contrasting against the Pines and 4:00 pm... well, why not?
The Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad ran in both the states of Colorado and New Mexico. The line from Chama to Antonito criss-crossed the state's borders.

Sidney Micro
Welcome to my Micro Layout page. A Micro layout may not be "one millionth of" but it sure is small! The goal is to create an operating model railroad in four square feet or less. It may be in any scale or gauge. In fact, despite their small size, some of the most fascinating micros are in O scale or larger. In my case, I am modeling in On30 and On18 - O scale using HO and N gauge track respectively. Inspired by Carl Arendt's web site, Micro LAYOUTS for Model Railroads, I built my first micro and had more fun than I had in years of designing and trying to build large "mainline" model railroads. The preliminary computer sketches of that layout, the Knockout, are shown above.
