BridgeMasters
Jeff and Gary started out in 1991 offering a display trestle for G-scale enthusiasts to show-off their favorite loco on a mantle or bookshelf. After we attended a Garden Railroad convention, and talked to fellow hobbyists it became apparent that pre-assembled, reasonably priced trestles and bridges were desired. BridgeMasters was the first with a modular trestle system, incorporating straight and curved units, which could be joined together, allowing railroaders to configure any combination they desired. Customers also preferred dark creosote like appearance to natural wood tones, and again BridgeMasters was first to supply pre-finished product.
As our retail show business was growing, we began wholesale accounts with recognized G-scale train stores in 1992, and became regular exhibitors at the Garden Railway conventions. With a broadening of our customer base we began our mail order phase of the business in 1993, advertising in three magazines. In 1997 we were invited to install trestling, bridges and other product on the Los Angeles Fairplex railroad, the nations largest outdoor railroad. Since beginning we have shipped product to three continents, five foreign countries, 37 states in America, and 3 American territories. We have become international. But more importantly to us is you—take time to view some of many photos we receive from backyard railroads.

Fine Art Models
When Fine Art Models began in 1990, the goal was to become the premiere model builder in the world. We chose Gauge 1 (1:32) because this was the original gauge for all electric trains dating back to 1870 and the first electric train. Also, this is the smallest recognized museum scale due in large part to the fact that it is as small as one can go without sacrificing detail.
